Better Together Exclusive Event Giveaway

Official Giveaway Rules

1. Who can enter

This giveaway is open to individuals age 18 or older who attend the Better Together women's event on Saturday, November 7, 2026, at the Hilton Garden Inn in Waltham, Massachusetts.

Entrants must be able to attend their portrait session at a location within Fearless Persona Photography's regular service area, as agreed upon when scheduling. Travel outside that area is not included.

Employees and immediate family members of Fearless Persona Photography are not eligible.

2. How to enter

Complete the Better Together Exclusive Giveaway entry form (see below)

One entry per person. Duplicate entries will be removed.

Entry is free. No photography purchase, session booking, or email marketing subscription is required.

3. When entries close

Entries open on November 7, 2026, when the Better Together event begins, and close on November 7th at 11pm Eastern Time.

Entries received after the deadline will not be eligible.

4. How the winner is chosen

One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received.

The drawing will take place on November 9, 2026.

The winner will be contacted using the email address provided on the entry form.

The winner does not need to be present at the drawing.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

5. Claiming the prize

The selected winner must respond to the notification email within seven calendar days.

If the winner does not respond within that time, is ineligible, or declines the prize, another eligible entry may be randomly selected.

6. Using the prize/Studio Location and Travel

The Right Now Portrait Experience will take place exclusively at Fearless Persona Photography's studio located at 795 Elm Street Suite 202 Manchester, New Hampshire.

The prize does not include travel to or from the studio, transportation, lodging, or any other travel-related expenses.

The session cannot be relocated to the winner's home, business, or another location.

The winner is responsible for traveling to the studio for the scheduled session.

The portrait session must be completed no later than April 1, 2027, and scheduling is subject to photographer availability.

The winner is encouraged to book early to secure a preferred date.

The session includes up to two outfit looks and 15 professionally edited digital photographs, delivered electronically.

Additional images, products, professional hair and makeup, and other services are not included unless specifically agreed upon.

7. Prize restrictions

The prize is intended for the winner's personal portrait session and may not be exchanged for cash, transferred, sold, or applied toward another photography package.

The prize is for personal portraits, not commercial branding photography, business marketing, events, or Unleashed sessions.

No purchase is required to receive the included prize. Any optional upgrades must be separately approved and paid for by the winner.

Applicable taxes, if any, are the winner's responsibility.

8. Photography agreement

Before the session, the winner will be asked to complete Fearless Persona Photography's standard session agreement.

Photographs will not be used publicly for marketing without the winner's separate permission.

9. Privacy and email communication

Information submitted will be used to administer the giveaway, verify eligibility, contact the winner, and provide any required winner information.

Signing up for marketing emails is completely optional and does not affect the chances of winning.

10. Giveaway sponsor

This giveaway is sponsored and administered by Fearless Persona Photography.

This giveaway is independently offered by Fearless Persona Photography and is not sponsored or administered by the Better Together event organizers or Hilton Garden Inn.
