As a New Hampshire photographer with a studio right in downtown Manchester, I provide headshots and branding photography, event photography, family and maternity photography, and my signature UNLEASHED boudoir photography. What you won’t find at Fearless Persona Photography? Stuffy headshots, zero-personality business pictures that look like they came from a stock photo site, or AI-generated, airbrushed-looking images (yep, we can all tell!).

Hi, I’m Heidi Young!
I never expected to be an entrepreneur or even a photographer. But after six years as a stay-at-home mom to my second daughter, I was ready to find a new purpose that allowed me to work with people—and get some desperately needed adult socialization!
I started with a clothing business, which entailed taking product photos for marketing. Although that business eventually closed, I realized I enjoyed photography and started toying with the idea of doing it professionally.
With guidance from my photographer husband, Neal, and a LOT of self-teaching (I’m always looking to learn something new!), I learned the fundamentals of this art. Over time, I developed my own style and techniques and discovered my favorite types of photography. I LOVE a unique angle, especially shooting from above—you’ll often find me grabbing my stepladder for shoots!
I enjoy being my own boss as much as I enjoy collaboration, and launching Fearless Persona allowed me to do just that. But I quickly realized that my why runs deeper—it’s about proving to myself that I can run this business successfully. Following a difficult upbringing and lack of support, I know what it’s like to be on your own. My experiences have made me stronger and driven me to help others. Today, I use my creativity to help people feel their best and capture those vital moments.

Licensed to Ride
I (finally) obtained my motorcycle license at the age of 45. I have spent most of my young and adult life on the back of motorcycles—but no more being a passenger for me!

I believe in collaboration and having a strong network of like-minded people around me. I want to be surrounded by people who make me want to be better and do better.
Family First
I am married to one husband ;) and have two girls, two dogs, and two cats. It’s a wild, busy, fun-filled life, and I’m grateful this business gives me the flexibility to enjoy it!
