PRESENT & ACCOUNTED FOR

Show up. Pay attention. Follow through. Bring receipts.

A professional-growth membership built around connection, education, mentorship, recognition, and follow-through.

Present & Accounted For was created for women in business who want something deeper than another networking meeting.

This is not about collecting business cards, forcing referrals, giving the same 60-second commercial every week, or pretending everything in business is going perfectly.

It is about being in a room with people who actually pay attention.

People who know what you are building.

People who remember what you said mattered.

People who will celebrate the win, sit with you in the hard part, share what they know, and ask you what happened with the thing you said you were going to do.

Present & Accounted For is where professional relationships, education, mentorship, business growth, honest conversation, recognition, collaboration, and follow-through come together.

WHAT HAPPENS INSIDE PRESENT & ACCOUNTED FOR?

The membership is designed to give you different ways to grow professionally while also getting to know the people in the room.

Member Gatherings

We will use a combination of in-person and virtual meetings so that we can have meaningful face-to-face time without making geography the only way to participate.

Our meeting structure will continue to evolve based on what members actually find useful.

Member Spotlights

Members will have opportunities to spend more time talking about their business, experience, work, goals, and perspective.

This is not just a longer commercial.

The goal is for us to actually understand what you do, how you think, what matters to you, and what makes your business different.

Hot Seats

Bring a real business challenge to the room.

Maybe you are struggling with pricing.

Maybe you need to make a hiring decision.

Maybe your marketing is not working.

Maybe you have too many ideas and cannot figure out which direction to take.

Maybe you have been avoiding something for six months.

The room asks questions, shares perspective, offers experience and resources, and helps you think through what comes next.

You leave with a clearer next step.

Speaking Practice

Being good at what you do does not automatically make it easy to explain what you do.

Members will have regular opportunities to practice talking about their businesses, ideas, experience, and expertise.

The goal is not perfection.

The goal is getting more comfortable being seen, heard, and understood.

Education

Education may come from members, outside experts, workshops, roundtable discussions, and special fifth-week programming.

Topics will be based on what members actually need.

That could include marketing, money, sales, leadership, AI, boundaries, hiring, visibility, public speaking, business systems, legal considerations, or something we have not even thought of yet.

We are not filling a calendar just to say we had a speaker.

The education should be useful.

Connection Conversations

Members will be encouraged to spend time getting to know one another outside of regular meetings.

Not because anyone has to complete a networking requirement.

Because meaningful professional relationships take more than sitting next to someone twice a month.

Recognition

We are going to notice people.

Not just the person who closed the biggest deal.

The person who followed through.

The person who finally did something that scared her.

The person who shared a resource.

The person who quietly stepped in when someone needed support.

The person who made progress.

The person who brought the damn donuts.

Recognition matters here.

Follow-Through

You decide what matters in your business.

We are not assigning homework.

But when you tell the room, “This is what I am working on,” we are allowed to remember.

And we are allowed to ask you how it went.

That is part of being Present & Accounted For.

WHAT DOES “BRING RECEIPTS” MEAN?

Receipts are evidence that something happened because you showed up and participated.

A receipt might be:

A business commitment you completed.

A difficult conversation you finally had.

A new professional relationship.

A collaboration.

An introduction.

An opportunity you shared.

A workshop you applied for.

A speaking opportunity.

A Member Spotlight.

A problem you worked through.

A new client.

A referral that happened naturally.

A member you recognized.

Something you learned and actually used.

The question is simple:

What happened because these women knew one another?
